If your subscription expires or a payment fails, you'll have 4 days of grace period access to:

• Download your data for backup purposes
• Access your company settings
• Cannot: Add new employees, issue warnings, upload documents, or create forms
⏰ Data Retention Policy
Important: All data will be permanently deleted 6 months after subscription expiration.• Employee records and disciplinary history
• All uploaded documents and signed warnings
• Custom code of conduct rules and forms
• Company settings and configurations
To prevent data loss: Renew your subscription before the grace period ends, or create a backup of your data.
